Thereafter, information relevant to the Bulletin Board will be moved under archival section of Bulletin Board.

Updates from ICFRE Institutes - Latest 15 such updates will remain published under section of Updates from ICFRE Institutes and remaining updates will be moved under archival section of Updates from ICFRE Institutes.

ICFRE Technologies - Latest 15 such technologies will remain published under section of ICFRE Technologies and remaining updates will be moved under archival section of ICFRE Technologies.

Recruitments - Latest 20 recruitment's advertisement remain under section of Recuritment. Subsequently remaining Recruitment's advertisement will be moved under archival section of recuitment.

Tenders - Latest 15 tenders's advertisement remain under section of Tenders. Subsequently remaining Tenders's advertisement will be moved under archival section of tenders.

Photo Gallery - Latest 15 event's photo gallery remain under section of Photo Gallery. Subsequently remaining event's photo gallery are moved under archival section of photo gallery.

Video Gallery - Latest 15 event's video remain under section of Video Gallery. Subsequently remaining event's videos are moved under archival section of videos gallery.

Taruchintan - Latest 10 documents published under the section of Taruchintan remains under the active section of Taruchintan. Subsequently remaining documents are moved under archival section of Taruchintan.

Newsletters - ICFRE publishes newsletters under various categories such as ICFRE NEWSLETTERS, ICFRE NEWSLETTERS 'VANIKI SAMACHAR' IN HINDI, CLIMATE NEWSLETTERS etc. Only 10 latest newsletters under each category remain published under section of Newsletters and remaining newsletters are moved to the archival section of ICFRE Newsletters.

Rajbhasha - Latest 10 rajbhasha documents will remain published under section of Rajbhasha and remaining documents will be moved under archival section of Rajbhasha.

Archival Policy not applicable for

Information published in the remaining section / webpages does not comes under the Content Archival Policy.

The goal of the content review policy is to keep the information on www.icfre.gov.in current and pertinent. Since the content of the different sections of www.icfre.gov.in may differ, different review dates are set for each component. This review policy is based on content element categories, their nature, validity, and relevance, as well as the archival policy.

Immediate detailed information about the incident must be shared with the Head, IT Divison, Web Information Manager and Incharge ofData Centre .

Notification must be shared with the staff of the ICFRE and other stakeholders.

Regular updates must be shared with the staff of the ICFRE and other stakholders through email, website and other commincation mode.

Website Restoration

The content of the website must be restored from the latest backups ensuring the last updated data to be in place.

IT Team must ensure the correctness and synchronicity of the data published on the website while restoration

Post-Incident Measures

The findings and cause must be well documented with reference points.

Steps taken, challenges to recover from the incoudent must be well documented.

The staff must be awared about changing of password in regular interval of time and use of strong password.
